My own Being sorting through all the layers of my life – like loads and loads of laundry, and all I wish is to reach the small, balled up wad of a deep remembering, illuminated by countless client’s energies all working to unearth their pasts at the right sides of their bodies, their old sadness, regret, mingled with my own.

How the Universe works so beautifully, in the intricate choreographing of shared pain, in the matrix of Light lifting through all who are within my radius at this time, so we can gently, gently draw upward in an exquisite lifting into a higher level. How we are healing together.
The Universal Source – brilliant white light accompanied these days, and instinctively I was guided to continue with client sessions, gratefully experiencing each with the Light offered as a fountain for all, and for each of us at intricate levels. Magnified illuminations were revealed, with Divine Grace and dear compassion!

Test results may provide some sort of confirmation – I believe I passed a large gallstone on Thursday, with the energetic jerks and inner tumultuous upheaval through all the precious organs held within my rib cage. Like being on a ship at sea, tossed through the crests and depth of the waves, nausea, wafts of fever and chill, doubled over torso, evidence from the digestive tract, support from the spiritual world. Unearthing the past, as manifested matter, carrying it out of my body, with images, flashing, twinges of pain and quivering.

I experienced a deep and wonderful Jin Shin Do treatment on Friday which set free pockets of pain and restriction, blocks and armouring submerged and rising up through the organs for release. My transitioned father was there, steadfast and caring, on my left side. My son was on my right, energetically connected. A man I will always care for appeared immersed within me, and for a few moments, I saw myself looking through his facial structure, his eyes. Many tears released as the right rib cage points, the gall bladder, the liver received the acupressure, pulses beginning in a very weakened state, according to the practitioner, and strengthening as the session and clearing progressed.

Deep sleep Saturday interspersed with two waking hours after midnight, under the balm of moon light, going over plans of how I would deal with the fact that currently nothing was clearing through the digestive tract. Practicalities. Prayers. And drifting back into sleep.

This morning I awoke feeling refreshed, more whole. Feeling strengthened, and with more joy, I moved slowly into this morning. So grateful, so grateful, I moved into a normal state of digestive release, calm and feeling more ready, for what comes next.

This morning’s chorus of birds drew me outside, shoveling old crusted drifts of snow, sweeping the wood slats on the floor of the grape bower, clearing twigs from the chairs, welcoming violets, columbine, lilac buds. The sun caught my heart, and arced in as I turned toward it, marveling. Marveling. Opening wide my heart fills with it, swath of warmth, certainty of spring. Clearer than any emotion, the sun, steady, brilliant, heart of the Creator, fill my heart, cradle it, sooth it’s doubt and questioning. Let me simply turn toward You, now. Let me remember this moment as a time thoughts emptied from me, sadness tumbled, the sun caught my heart and propped it open, and as I breathed it in, sang to me of spring.

Breathe into the morning ~ conscious assessment

Upon waking in the morning, it is helpful to do a conscious assessment with the breath. With awareness of all parts of the physical body, re-awaken those parts of you that may have become energetically impacted by others around you or close to you in some way during the night. Breathe into the heart, the head, the abdomen,back, the solar plexus, legs, arms, with intention of clearing your field, your vessel, of all that is not you. You may be surprised how much shifts with this practice. From your thoughts all the way into your posture, your muscle fibers, flexibility — response can be quite noticeable. In so doing, the clarity you wish to bring to your day is enhanced to a greater depth. With blessings to all.

releasing eye imbalance in a four year old child

A young mother heard of the Breath of Light work’s results in working with children, and healing eye conditions. After her son’s teeth were pulled, his eyesight became distorted and he appeared cross eyed. During his short half hour session, as his body was illuminated energetically, his right side, including his head most predominantly, was carrying a dense congestion. The guidance was that this was the energetic impression of a disheveled man whose emotional and mental body were very strong, that the young boy had been around. His mother confirmed that the man was a family member who had an extreme challenge with alcohol and mood swings. As the guidance was to create only the highest Light energy field between the boy and this man was given, the weighted energy in his right side began to unwind. I was guided to gently touch different areas at the boy’s eyes and head to facilitate the disengaging of this energy. Tightness and constriction formerly around his eyes began to release. His mother shared that she could see his eyes “being pulled” in different directions as the work was being accomplished. As the man’s impression lifted from this highly sensitive child, we asked him to look at us when the session was complete. His mother was filled with relief as pent up energy had also lifted from her, of fear and concern for her son. His eyes had adjusted so they were looking straight ahead.
While the parents decided to go ahead with surgery for his eyes, and the surgery was successful, the Breath of Light session may have also set the stage for that success. Blessings to them.

Asthma and Allergy Clearing

Recently I had a session with a 14 year old young man who had suffered from asthma attacks since a young child. During the session he shared with me that he was in a heightened state of feeling awake and aware of how deeply the energy was clearing, and the understanding of his emotions that were being presented to him. His Higher Self, as in so many sessions, was communicating through me, the emotions that had congested within his chest and lungs over time. As emotions are created of particles of energy, as they accumulate they can create a difficulty, or impasse, within the physical body. The emotions that were illuminated within my client were ones about lack of self esteem in certain situations, and thereby feeling “lesser than” others, feeling then a sense of competitiveness that began in anger. As the very words were spoken, and as he heard them, and confirmed that they were true, the power of his intention to clear the asthma and the emotions causing it began to move from within his chest. A native American male guide appeared to give strength for this shift. Eagle was present to help clarify his chest. The energy continued to lift until his chest was completely emptied and he was breathing deeply and easily. This change has been lasting for him. Blessings to all.

There is nothing between you and the divine world. Without a fragment of doubt, witness your being within the Light of which you are made. It shines through you as translucent incandescence and the web of patterning which is your physical form glows as lit by candlelight. In truth you increase the flame within your heart with simply the acceptance of that Light within you. The Light dissolves the patterning of the past in waves and the softening paradoxically is the strengthening of your being in wholeness. As constructs of the ego smooth, the fear of a devastating effect should the ego collapse is relieved to be supported by the strength of the truth of who you truly are. Your spirit longs to awaken within you in this way. Rejoice and be glad in it. Allow the self to gradually become accustomed to it’s power. Allow the physical eyes to behold through eyes of spirit.

Lifting the vibration of inequality

I completed a session about an hour ago that resonated with the theme which has been continuous for the last several years, becoming stronger and with greater frequency more recently – lifting the vibration of inequality. “All Have a Voice” was the affirmation or mantra towards the end of today’s session. As with each individual Breath of Light session, the intentional theme for this client had unique origins within her, within her being, within the scope of her experiiences and application, yet are also part of the larger theme moving through our history as humans on Earth at the present time. Lifting the perceptions that others have greater power, of control, domination, inherent helplessness, that things happen TO us rather than we are the creators and manifesters of our lives. As this client had awareness of, and had been in the past working towards the greater acceptance and active responsitbility knowing her thoughts create, she had also been aware that her emotions and views along these lines had recently taken a back slide into things happening TO her, or TO others. In the session, also, was the balancing of greater awareness the strength of her own, and everyone’s spiritual body, spiritual Light as being unaffected by the perception of lack, or poverty, or influenced by others. The quivering vibration of fear dispersed and released throughout her muscles and depth within her. All parts of her being were being illuminated to let, with complete acceptance, that which had been comprised of these heavier, or more dense thoughts/energy, to rise up through the layers of her being for release. At the conclusion of the session she stated she was feeling very positive. Her radiant core energy had a spherical rainbow emitting the spectrum of Light in all directions from within her, being in unity with all life surrounding her. Allowing the third dimensional reality to balance with the spiritual Oneness and unity. To “right” the imbalance into the strong inner knowing that we are all equal, the physical world does not truly affect our spirit, our Higher Selves!Thank you Universal Light.

Releasing in utero energy impressions from a 3 year old boy

A short, rapidly responding beautiful session with a three year old boy today. The little boy’s mother’s intention was for her son to be able to feel greater ease and balance with being in his body and the world around him. He had been very active and aware, interested in engaging with objects in the healing space, and was then sitting down on the massage table. During the stating of the prayer at the beginning of the session, my hands were guided to begin to glide over his body in feather like lightness with movements to begin to open and release for him. I also felt moved to let him hold a large heavy rose quartz. He became very quiet and was looking into my face. Immediately the guidance came that what was beginning to lift from his body was his father’s energy, densely quivering, and that this aspect of his father’s energy was what his mother had experienced during pregnancy with the boy, as well as her nervous reaction to the father. As the energy continued it’s flow and release from within the little boy’s heart, under his scapula, his head, legs and arms, it also was shown that his stomach area was releasing as well of his mother’s nervousness towards his father during the pregnancy. He was saying, softly, “yeah, yeah” in agreement that the energy was releasing from his father. All of these energetic observations were confirmed also by his mother. Then I felt a tight, thin plug of energy begin to dislodge from his right ear, and it was told that this was the former energetic bombardment of conflict containing words that he had heard during utero. As that released he noticeably was going through a calming change, and was looking around calmly rather than agitated. His mother shared that the boy’s sister, as well as he, had slightly malformed ears on the right side. He held large cowrie shells to his ears, as I was guided, to balance and cleanse the energy there. We were told to offer the energy to him in visualizing an enhancement of Light entering through his crown chakra and flushing up and out again.
After the concluding prayer, we noticed his manner was much more calm. His mother noticed that his eyes did not dart all over, but stayed on objects longer. Wishing the whole family all the very brightest, blessings to all.

Heaven on Earth – intensive gardening in Paonia, Colorado

Small is beautiful. And as my friend Carol says, I pack it in. Photo above is from 2010 back garden (“Last Year’s Thorn Patch”) in September.
The space was literally a thorn, bind weed and dandelion overgrown gravel driveway in the back yard of my rented house in Paonia. I prepared the bed by the “lasagna method” described in Rodale’s Organic Gardening book: laying down the overlapping, flattened cardboard layer, a thick layer of my yard’s raked leaves and grass clippings, coffee ground and eggshells, the spring of 2010 – purchased topsoil and compost.
This year’s garden has the most variety of vegetables, fruits and herbs that I have ever grown. Here is a list of what’s in the ground as of May 28. I am particularly thrilled to be growing celery, stevia, tomatillos, lima beans, quinoa, and the two varieties of blackberries this year! The corn is sprouting today, the variety beans including my first lima bean plant!, quinoa, kale, spinach, beets, carrots, potatoes, snap peas all up or beginning to show above ground.
