Country Style Tapenade

Stir into steamed greens and top grilled foccacia. Have a ready topping for tortilla or yeast pizzas,
puree garbanzo beans or artichokes and add tapenade for awesome dip or sandwich spread.
Stuff into French bread, wrap in foil and bake or grill. Scatter on salad greens and squeeze fresh
lemon juice over for an instant main dish salad. Toss with pasta. Use in omelets and in scrambled
tofu. Take a handful of each ingredient or what you have on hand.

chopped green olives
chopped kalamata olives
chopped fresh parsley
chopped fresh oregano
chopped fresh chives or green onions
crumbled feta, goat cheese, mozzarella cubes, soy or almond cheese
chopped roast red pepper
chopped veggie pepperoni
drizzle of olive or other quality oil
crushed red chilies or freshly ground pepper

Gently mix in bowl, then store in refrigerator.
